Use the memorization techniques to memorize a book

Does anyone know the most efficient techniques to memorize a 30-page workbook?
It doesn’t have to be literally word for word, but all the content that’s there.
I think it would be good to start by associating the page numbers with the page content, perhaps using your P.A.O system
But I wanted to highlight mainly the FASTER and more efficient memorization of a book with more or less that amount of pages.
But please, any kind of useful information about it is always welcome.

Thank you

I love this question. The dialogue on this topic—quite fortuitously—is continually explored on this forum.

I’ve read the threads I’m sharing below, and there are a lot of ideas and approaches you can take.

What will be most effective for you specifically, probably depends on your prior experience using mnemonics and your current familiarity with the workbooks content.

If you read through some of these threads I’ve gathered below, you will see some common themes on what works best.

And if something really strikes your fancy or your curiosity, please ask away.

Hi. Do you want to study the book? . Or Just practise your memory skills? If you want to study you could use study techniques. But if you only want to memorize you could use the srrategies of this forum.

I actually want to practice memorization techniques.

Besides, I believe that training this can help memorize the theoretical content of a book, or am I mistaken?
