how are you?
I am a new member in the forum, a beginner, my name is Aseel, I am preparing for the high school exam.

I do not know which methods of memory should I use to memorize materials (chemistry, physics, poems, literature, biology, arabic، etc.). How much memory palace do I need for all academic subjects?

3- As for scientific concepts, terms and explanations, how do I preserve them? Because I face a big problem in memorizing them 4- Are there other skills that increase the efficiency of education and understanding?
5- How do I save a textbook verbatim? 6- Another question, how do I extract the key words for a topic that I find very difficult in that?

You should learn a combination of “Link Method” and “Memory Palace”/Peg Method.

I hope,you are applying “Space Repetition System” to your education…

Instead of MindMap,you should use “Graph View” of tools like “Obsidian”! GraphView is almost like MindMap,but it has an added advantage of creating ‘networked thoughts’ which helps grasp a subject better…You don’t have to waste times in creating “MindMap” if you apply “GrapView” technique in your education/Knowledge Management System!

I was going to make a post answering all your questions, but nah!

Memorization word for word does not mean that you need to convert each word into an image. You can convert a whole page into a single image, you’d need to be very mindful of what you’re doing. Techniques in combination as @elitely mentioned: method of loci + link system (though simply more spots/loci/locations would suffice).

Here how to make images and memory palaces, or better said, things to think to make images and something about the concept:

Memory palaces: don’t limit yourself in your mind and in your life. You’re unique perfectly so. Everything is a memory palace, I try to explain that here.

Further, I would recommend you to focus in your school learning with the method of loci, link system, maybe an peg systems for numbers and letters preferably in your base language alphabet. Chemistry and physics formulas and symbols: alphabet pegs systems are to be considered.
