Alphabet of Concepts

I vaguely remember hearing in a youtube of someone creating an alphabet of many letters, each representing an atomic concept, that then could be used to build more complicated concepts.

I also vaguely remember that roman, greek, and hebrew were all borrowed in the process. Though maybe I’m confusing that with something else.

Anyone have any idea what I’m talking about?

Oh! I might also have been thinking of Aristotle’s Nuclear Alphabet. So much to dig into here.
