It is a good method. I also use artificial intelligence. but the problem is; even if the draft question does not change, the answers given change. artificial intelligence does not go beyond the framework drawn, but if there are missing parts in the draft question, for example, if you determine the source and leave artificial intelligence free in the method, there may be deficiencies in terms of method in the answer it gives. it can offer you a method you do not like.

Think its good for creating memory palaces and doodle images to create associations with in the VAI method. Then just crashing 7 minute intervals in memorizing.
