The majority of an ivy league university class cheated with AI

I suspect that it leads to most people spending more time watching clips about how to study than actually studying. It seems like it would be more beneficial for people to get rid of social media and phones, and to read books instead.

For example, I’d argue that studying the book below (and then jumping right into studying) would probably be more beneficial than spending hours every day watching videos about learning on social media. The average kid is now spending 4.5 hours per day on social media. Imagine how many books that person could read if they were reading books instead of staring at the phone.
