How can I remember a medical textbooks by using a memory palace technique.

For medical textbooks

I’m quite unfamiliar with medical textbooks, but the same principles apply to all kinds of material. I do know there’s tons of information in medical textbooks, so a lot more loci than what your average memory palace offers are needed. Creativity, organization and spaced repetition are vital, especially when one wants to store tons of information for long-term recall.

With different memory palaces per subject, not the whole book in one palace. Have a look around on Alex Mullen’s channel. He’s a med student and World Memory Champion…
