Have pre-made memory palaces worked for you?
In other words, have you taken an image or map that you were not familiar with that had already been sorted into loci stations and used it successfully?
If so, was it faster or slower than just creating your own?
I’ve only used these for small temporary tasks (grocery lists, etc.)
I ask because I need to create a 105 station memory palace (or combination of memory palaces) and have it for life. Because of the volume and because this is not temporary info, I don’t want to use memory palaces that I already know and use (my favorites I re-use). It would be faster to use premade palaces or ten images with ten loci each, but I’m curious if that would be harder/poorer quality in the long run than a journey I am already familiar with.
A 60 loci station is the biggest I’ve ever done (a walk through the neighborhood bazaar).
