It is a 3-2-3 PAO instead of 3-3-3, as 1000 actions would be a hell. I am making a list to see if it can be done, but so far I am only at 600-700.
This. If you dont have one yet, make a 2-2-2 system first. It will help you figure out how your mind works so you will have an easier time making a milennium system (= 3 digits)
It is not an obligation, you can dive straight into 3 digits if you really want to. We are all here to help. It is just some advice
