my 138 is TeaMFight, my 166 is “Tie JudGe” (like someone judging a tied contest.) (so, somewhere between 0-1 “persons” but hopefully that’s a little useful)
I only use STNMRLJKFP for 0-9 so it’s a little stricter than normal major but they’ve been okay in practice
I’m finished.
Actually it feels rather anticlimatic, because I was already using it (for my history memory palace), so I had almost forgotten there was about 20 numbers left to find in the beginning of the year.
Buuut I completed the last line today, yay!
I’m just posting to mark the date (can’t believe I began in 2023, though I really didn’t work at it all the time) and to say thank you to everybody!
(now I just have to become fluent with ha ha ha… one step at a time)
In the memory palace I placed the numbers/keywords in (to learn them), I would put the stations a bit further apart and be more careful of differentiating them (I have places with 5 doors in a row on a street, or several trees - they are of different species, but it’s apparently not enough for my brain to differentiate quickly).
Nothing to make it unusable I think (we’ll see over time since I plan to use it for the BC dates for history) - at worst I’ll have to tweak some parts of the path a bit, but for the part I built in the beginning (3 years ago) I hadn’t much experience with a big memory palace, and it shows (at least building it was excellent exercise).
Also I would be less of a perfectionnst while looking for keywords (to avoid killing momentum) and just go with the first thing coming to mind, even if it’s dumb… it doesn’t really matter if I don’t like them for some numbers, because I can always replace them anytime if my brain comes up with something else later (already happened for quite a number of them actually).
