Need help constructing ✍ virtual memory palace

Hi, I have been dabbling with memory palaces for some time. I have delivered classes and lectures with the process without notes but dont seem to retain long term information. Why do all of you think this might be?

Second I am kind of home bound due to health condition and lockdown. So have difficulty collecting new palaces. How can I build long lasting imaginary memory palaces? Any practical advice or observation will be greatly appreciated.

To retain information for long term, you have to make sure you are doing a review schedule because that is the only thing that will transfer the info from short term to long term memory.

You can build palaces from video games, shows, movies, and so on. Some of my best palaces are from games!
