Get a first look at our new memory software!

Very glad to see there be support. I’m sure it doesn’t cover many weeks of mortgage payments and groceries but hopefully enough to get a nice core in place that can be built on over time for with smaller sprints. If it can get to the point of a reasonable subscriber base then hopefully the baby will live. You may yet have to leverage the Apple and Android app side of things to get adequate numbers. It’s never really clear how many lurkers there beyond the small addicted core.

Thanks!

I’m not planning on dying any time soon.

There are many lurkers…

Very nice job on reaching the goal

For those of us who contributed enough to get an XMT membership, is there any way we could start using the XMT website before october?

Thanks!

Yes, we’ll be sending out details about that soon.

By the way, if anyone missed the Kickstarter, the software is still available to preorder at a discount for a limited time.

Preorder a discounted subscription

I now have full access to the site until the end of 2018. Thank you!

You’re welcome. Thanks for the support!

Is it possible to still pay $80.00 for the Sherlock package? I’d love to have beta access.

I will send you a message.

This is much welcomed initiative, Josh. I am looking forward to testing it out.

I’ve got a suggestion for the promotion phase. The book Memo became a bestseller in Norway after a popular science show on TV, where he had ordinary people – I think a hairdresser was among them – learn all the capitals and countries in the world in no-time. I was thinking perhaps some of the same could be done with this software. Getting in touch with a TV team, drilling a group of children and telling a story of how these techniques were in fact used in Ancient times, but that they’ve been forgotten but recently improved, and now – for the very first time – got software specifically written for this purpose.

And perhaps this type of functionality is already planned, but if not, something I’d really like to begin able to head-to-head with friends. I’ve got a friend who I’ve got curious about memory techniques, and nothing sparks interest like competition.

Yes, it will have that functionality. You can see a list of the initial features here: artofmemory.com/preorder.

Is it possible to get beta access? Would that included pledging an additional amount?

Hello all,

I want to give the software a try.

So when I use a pre-order it is only one time I pay for the Subscription?
And how about data savety?
I mean:
When I save everything online, how is my data secured against stealing / or loss against hardware failure on your servers?

Thanks for answer.

At the moment you can preorder a two year subscription for the price of one.

We take all possible measures to ensure data security and integrity. At the moment, we keep regular backups of the site’s data in 3-4 physically separate locations at all times. If my computer is destroyed at the same time that the live server fails, there will still be backups of the data.

It’s always possible for things to go wrong with computers, but we take privacy and security seriously and do our best to make sure that there are no problems.

Thanks Josh for that answer.

I have bought the two year pre-order.

But I have questions:

  1. Beta Access is not possible with that?
  2. how can I use XMT in the software?
    2.1) with extra cost?
    2.2) train level minimum? etc…

Thanks for answer

I would also love a mental calculator! Maybe doing some multiplications and testing the recall of the answers?

We will have some mental calculation features on the site. They will probably come after the initial release of the software though.

If you were a Kickstarter backer with beta access or an XMT user, you should now have access to the beta launch of Memory League. On this new platform, you can train in five memory disciplines and compete in real-time with other users!

More news and software updates coming soon!
