Best Beginner Course for Academics and Math

Hi all. I want to use memory to help with my studies, especially math and physics. I’ve been looking through the forum and found a variety of sources, but there’s so many and I don’t know where to start! What would you recommend for an almost total beginner? This is what I’ve seen or been recommended so far:

  • Memory Craft by ‬Lynne Kelly’s
  • The Magnetic Memory Method
