About to sleep in the trainings

Hello, everyone! Regarding memory techniques, there is a theory that to practice a high-performance sport, the ideal is to start more than 2 hours after waking up… when I wake up, I go blank and I don’t know what day it is, there was a day when I went blank and I didn’t know where I worked… but then two hours after waking up, I remember everything… it’s like the brain restarting Windows… and when I go to memorize, as soon as I wake up, I do terrible… have you noticed that? I only train more than two hours after waking up…

Yes, like every day when I go to work, for about 1-2 hours, I can’t recall anything. It’s like I’m in a fog.

Yes, for me is like connect a laptop… after 1 or 2 hours for to memorize with quality!

This is basically the same thing you posted multiple times last year:

Do you have anything new to add to the discussions you started previously?

Maybe @Josh can merge all of your topics into one thread since they are all related and repeated?

Maybe it’s simpler to just leave it for now? We can discuss the topic in any of the three topics. (They are interlinked now.)

I made a couple of polls so people can compare notes here: What time of day does your brain work best? [POLL]
