Hi,
I’ve been reading Lynne Kelly’s book “Memory Craft” and I have read the bit about memory aids. One is known as Lukasas, which are essentially pieces of wood and such which have beads which correspond to different memories. While I am not all that interested in imitating the Lukasa, it did strike me that a Rosary could be used in a similar way.
For those who aren’t aware, a Rosary is a Prayer Tool, which has either 153 or 53 Beads for the “Hail Mary” prayer and either 6 or 16 for the “Our Father”, a Crucifix and a centrepiece holding the beads together along a chain.
I am curious, does anybody have experience here with using this sort of thing as a Memory Aid? I am very new to Memory techniques and this struck me as something potentially useful.
Thanks
