It looks like you don’t have to remember every detail of this, but just enough to apply it with a good amount of detail.

I’d suggest looking up the Feynman Technique and using that. Then if you find blocks of important data within your notes that don’t automatically stick, then try spaced repetition, mnemonics, memory palaces or similar power techniques.
