Was wondering what to use when memorizing stuff for the Code of federal evidence, and code of federal regulations?
If youre interested in doing well in your exams, rather than long term memory, my first question is - Is your exam closed book? If its open book, the main thing to get good at is doing problem questions and having template / precedent problem answer models. That was how law school was for me.

well for the problem questions i heard theyre coming up w a new question bank so students actually have to learn the materialll :(((

Maybe palace or link for laws. And a list of questions and answers for texts and use mnemonics with it.
