I just got a private message from someone wanting to know about my unspeakable image that pops to my mind that might offend some New Yorkers. People want to know about it and apparently, the secrecy seems to add to the desire to know that image.
To me, this shows how hiding critical things may also help to make them more memorable, a bit like the secret recipe of Colonel Sanders. I will most definitely keep that image to myself. It will work better that way, I think.
@SimonLuisi, I may have my list of Major system keywords but I also have a list of very secret keywords available only to my advanced students on Level 11 in the Brotherhood of Mnemotecnica who have memorized the first 1000 digits of pi. They are so powerful that you can memorize the next 500,000 digits of pi in less than a week. Donât tell anyone I told you about them. Especially anyone from New York.
I know 1000 digits of pi without any memory techniques.
1 thing missing, I am not your student.
I am also lacking 1 thing that I have no interest in memorizing 50000 digits of pi.
Well, the thing you shared is more than enough for me, that I donât need to look at your secret words
@Rajadodve786, also see if you can try to forget that secret image of the giant flea in a muzzle and paper bag, boarding a subway train in New York on a leash. Itâs a great image.
@Rajadodve786, yeah, just having fun with @SimonLuisiâs fleabag image, recent mentions of secret images, and preposterous claims of feats of memorization. But Iâm impressed with your 1000 digits of pi because I know thatâs real. Youâre a great contributor to the forum as well.
