There’s a museum called MOMI in London that I went to a few times as a kid. Once in the entranceway they showed film clips including a very old and famous image of a razor cutting into an eyeball. It was horrifying. The sound “m-oh-m” suggests this to me.
Also “Momo”, that internet fad/prank that did the rounds a few years ago.
