I am interested in both word and picture memory. What ways have you discovered helps a child with picture memory to remember how to value words, think before they speak and grow sensitivity to words.
Found a list of how to remember but it is never conclusive… any ideas on the above.
I don’t quite understand why this is posted at introductions, but okay.

I’m not really sure what it is you want to know exactly. I personally believe every child should be left to think and learn in a way that works for them. If a child is a visual thinker, allow him to express himself through images, if a child is an auditory/word thinker, let him work with words.
What is the age of the child in question? and why do you want to have the child develop those skills? lets start with those two questions. You can try all you want, but a child of 2 years of age will not develop those skills. A 6 year old child might develop it a bit, but it would still be hard. 8 year olds and 12 year olds also learn skills differently.
Also, in the title you ask for ways to remember, I see that as if you want the kids to remember more, which is fine (though a child that is 2 years old will still have trouble with it. Then in the post, you seem to want the kid to value words, think before speaking and be more sensitive to words (which also might be a tough job, most kids just don’t care about words, they care about images attached to the words).
There’s a difference between remembering and valuing. If you really value something, I don’t think it’s something you will forget. Do you mean to value what the child says not hurt people’s feelings or to remember words as in vocabulary?
