I’ve seen few people talk about this method, although they usually use Pomodoro for different reasons, such as adapting to studying for those who don’t like it at first, but also, when used properly, it can strengthen the memory of what has been studied, only that during the break or rest, stimuli that directly compete with what has been learned, such as audiovisual content, should be avoided.
