Training plan

I am newby at memory training and i don’t know where to start. I know the basics and I have used it couple times but I want to be good at it and applie it for studies. Is there anything that you would recommed me to start with? Is remembering useless informations like numbers a good training? How much a day i have to practise do get really good at it in couple months? Which exercisis should I practise? Thank you for your answers.

I recommend words. This will help you become more creative and come up with ways to memorize other concepts.

Start directly by applying memory techniques to your studies. (you said you know basics , right?)

It depends on you I guess. well , for me I learned lots of new facts, things by numbers memorizing? no hahahaha

the time I spent on making my 3 digit number system. (yes, here I learned lots of things)

Note - ofcourse later I used it to memorize constant values, some tragic years, phone numbers, my all documents numbers, periodic table mass no (atomic no I memorized without any techniques in class 6th already) and so on…

Are you talking about your memory improvement time or memory league ?

Maybe you think both of are same but it’s not, even if you achieve super mastery on memory league there isn’t any guarantee that you will do best on other things. you need to learn from the beginning , it will just help you a little.

Your memory - there is no way in hell that your memory will improve in just 1 day. It’s lifetime process.
Memory league - It totally depends on you, if you are already good memorizer without any techniques.
you will get better in very less time.

Try to do some focus & concentration meditation. (Atleast 15 min a day)

Thank u.

I always recommend memorising the ‘Elements’ and their atomic numbers. It forces you to know a good way of encoding numbers, relating the images you use for numbers to the images you create for the elements themselves. The Elements are sometimes not easily visualised and so it forces you to use substitute words and breaking words down in order to visualise them. The skills you discover from memorising the elements will be used in lots of your other projects.
