Tip on creating a Memory Palace

Hi guys!
Having trouble creating Memory Palaces?
If so, here’s a really great tip for you:
Try OpenSimulator (absolutely free) + Linda Kellies truely amazing 3D scenarios (also free).

Create your own opinon by visiting http://www.lindakellie.com click on OAR’S and just look at the screenshots!
(the OAR’s are complete 3D scenarios of different complexity and varying richness in details, that runs under OpenSimulator).
Some OAR’s are incredibly detailed and therefore rather huge to download (700-900 MB).
The most astonishing part is that all her scenarios and objects are free! That means that you can walk around
copying 3D-object and then use them in your own scenarios! (Isn’t that a great way of creating Memory Palaces?)
Or you could just accept the scenario and use it as it is!

If you’re interested, here my advice to you: The quickest way to get up and running is to
A: Download two files from http://www.simonastick.com

  1. preconfigured zipped viewer 2.last version
Nothing needs to be installed in your system, it runs as from a usb-stick (unzipped of course).
(It’s preconfigured and doesn’t allow you to change your avatar, but it’s a fast way to get going)
Ok, I won’t lie to you, it may take some time and work to get the grasp of it, but it is SO WORTH IT!

And if you want to try LindaKellies 3D-scenarios (and you DO, believe me!), go ahead and download
some OAR’s from Lindas site and load them into OpenSim!

The “downside” with this model is that the program it self soon becomes so fascinating and interesting that
you almost forget about the major purpose: Creating a Memory Palace!
(And you guys, stop trying to get Simonas pants off, she’s hotter with them on anyway  )

Good luck!
