Think it's impossible to memorize a deck of cards? Try this! (Language independent. Natural image generation. No reading, word formation, or sound substitutions required!)

Thank you so much for sharing with us your method of memorizing playing cards. I found it intuitive and easy to learn. Since your last post, have you made any refinements to your system or images ?

Are you familiar with the game Bridge? It does not require memorizing a deck of cards in order. However, a good player needs to remember the cards already played in each suit, and the unplayed cards held by the opponents. The game moves fast, and it is very difficult for me to keep track of the cards. Any suggestions ? Thank you.

Glad it worked for you!

I don’t use this system myself, I created it as kind of an experiment for others to try.

I currently use a 2-card system, outlined here:

For bridge, one idea is to use one memory palace per player and try to quickly visualize cards in the appropriate palace as they’re revealed.

Thank you for your recommendation for using the memory palace in bridge. It sounds excellent and I will try it out.

I have found your comments and suggestions very useful.

I was reading the Shaper System by Erol Ozvatan. It is mentioned that it may be used to memorize playing cards.

Do you know how his system can be adapted for playing cards?

Thanks.
