Here’s a way to learn the major system sounds AND the PAO (person/action/object) technique for single digit numbers with just 10 simple words.
Each word that represents a number is a homophone (a word that sounds the same) for a person/character, an action, and an inanimate thing.
So by learning to associate the single word with the number, you’re actually learning the full PAO associations.
