First, for sentences or paragraphs,
Try to find the main idea and then associate it to yourself.
If you are having to remember #'s, use the Major system.
If you have to remember names, transform them into something you can visualize.
Second, Link all the major ideas &/or #'s together.
Third, Memorize the paragraph
IF you have to do word for rote, then do the same process but make sure and repeat the entire sentence/paragraph.
