It’s okay to write as much as you want out here in the public forum — I was just explaining why I merged some of the comments above. (I should have been more clear in my last message.)
Posts from new user accounts get held in moderation, so if someone is trying to send a series of rapid chat messages in the public area, but their posts are getting caught in moderation, then sending a private chat message will solve the problem.
