I just want to shine a light out there to see if anyone has made this:
- Locally made Leitner-based(SRS) ai system that spits out recall-quests for you. Similar to notebookLM where it gathers your notes that you are writing each day and picks up the micro-learning and makes questions out of it. Although this system should ideally be uploaded to your server so it can run all the time so its ready for questions when you come home from school or work.
Why?
- You don’t have to manually put in everything in apps like Anki
- You can change the system to focus on higher learning concepts (eg.nuanced open ended questions) instead of detailed anki questions
- the system is applicable to different formats of testing instead of anki’s buttons: vocal, writing etc.
- mindmaps or analogies can be a prioritized rehearsal to have broader strokes to chunk more information (Tony Buzan)(Justin Sung)
