Online Memory League Championship, season 7!

Thanks, I missed that last season! Sure, we can do the best of 8 for the playoffs. Each player chooses 4 events, with no repeats (and you can’t choose both Names and International Names). If the final score is 4-4, start again choosing events, and continue play until someone is ahead by 2 games (6-4, 7-5, 8-6, …).

Not only at similar level, remember, more opponents to play with!
Can I go against Ian.fennell as 3/4 promotion?

hiii
this is great…!

Since each player chooses 4 disciplines, shouldn’t we allow both names and int names ?

It’s obvsious with 3 choices but with 4 i’m not really sure what would be fair.

What do you think ?

What happened in division 4a? Every one decided not to play any of their games? That is strange.

To answer the recent questions:

I don’t think that makes much sense, but you are welcome to do that if you both want to.

Let’s just keep it consistent with the rest of the season and say that Names and International Names are variations of the same event, so you can’t choose both.

Yes, I guess they just never got started. There were quite a few messages in that division about setting up match times, but they never actually played, as far as I know.

I didn’t realise but in division 3b, Alexander Panfilov and Ilya Gubenko got exactly the same resuts:

And we can’t even use the results of the match between the two of them to separate them, because it was a 3-3 draw.

So, @Alex92 and @Ilya_Gubenko, are you able to play a deciding match to see who wins the division and automatic promotion, and who faces me in the playoffs for a second chance at promotion?

Ilya chose names twice in their match.

During our match, Ilya Gubenko VS me, we did a replay on names, I had wrong settings on, so thats why we had names x2 in that match.

Seems like Ilya choosed Names + International Names later on…

In their match, Ilya won it, as you can see here:

Right. I have chosen names and international names. Because I did not know that it was forbidden in the rules. These rules have not been placed in the “League” tab. But @sfep explained it to us before the end of the match. He said that this rule was written only in the discussion of the season. I suggested that Alexander replay this attempt if he objects. But he was satisfied with the result. Me too
