On first glance, it is such an excellent system you have created @Felixvolata! Being very much my own style is a bonus 
I have struggled to complete my 000-999 PO for the last few months and this might make me willing to reorganize it since it has slowly been falling off amidst my failing discipline.. I started out using a variation of your system, but it was quite limiting in how I would derive characters’ objects themselves (without it being a part of their original design). So before I dedicate myself to the cause however, I have a few questions regarding FAFL:
- Would you like to share as to why you decided on abandoning the indexed hats? Personally, in my limited testing, I find the deciphering of character names through TMS to be overall more taxing than just putting on a sombrero for 0.. Maybe it is just my efforts in using TMS that may not be up to par.
- I am mainly curious as to how strict you actually apply the 1000,100,10,1s-categorization order yourself. In memorizing 123456 for example, it might produce Tutankhamun knocking on a magical door levitating above him (1234) and ‘x’ spinning into a tornado of Jenga blocks (–56). I would assume Leonardo from TMNT doing just about anything is a tad more memorizable (56–), but perhaps you use a solid substitute for x in these kind of situations?
- Actually, do you see a clear benefit of using 4-digits over 3 that I am not seeing? As in, is the effort of adding another parameter to rote train worth the scalability, in your opinion? Personally I might start off with my own variant that I have already built, categorizing 10s as a game/cartoon/anime series in place for your 100s whilst entirely skipping out on the 1000s. Mainly because I am a slacker by nature. E.g. @Mike4 and @TheHumanTim 's collaborated card system D2B is what made me skip out on 00-99 and go for 000-999 out the gate. Which in turn might sound contradicting since I focused on the potential time investment into getting better times in card memorization, rather than the time/soul/effort I would spend on my 000-999 PO. This system sure seems much more fun to drill in comparison, so I hope the effort I put in would make up for the potentially slightly higher up-front cost.
- ..Does sticks and wands not mix together for you? I tried using lollipops in the above example at first and got mindboggled trying to decrypt it back. As an ESL, number rhymes really never seemed to work for me, so I might just create my own distinct objects based on TMS instead.

PS. I really like the name FAFL, I find it very innovative to describe the freedom of your system rather than its restrictions. Whilst FAFO might have given you better marketability, I don’t see how it would be a feasible product in the slightest, compared to what you actually made.. In other words, many kudos on creating this magnificent system and thank you for considering my Qs!
