Could Someone Type Out Their Daily Training Schedule.
Im Trying To Get Started Training But I Dont Know How to start.
Set aside some blocked time daily to work on mnemonics.
- Memorize random words
- Create new memory palaces
- Create or practice a 00-99 numbers system
- Create or practice a 1 or 2 card system
- Speed number recognition drills
- Memorize random numbers
- Memorize decks of cards
Note details related to training and reflect with notes on what worked and what didn’t.
I used to memorize random words daily and attempt to create 1 new MP per day.
Lately I do 5 speed number recognition drills and memorize 120 number digits each day.
My training journal (blue highlights for PR or new insights):
If youre getting started id go very simple. Create about 10 palaces and just get used to memorizing simple things.
Something like first 10 chemical elements, your grocery list etc.
- First I’ve spend a few hours preparing my 2-digits system and learned how to use Anki.
The daily routine:
-
I do full Anki review of my 00-99 digits system - about 2 minutes.
-
Currently I just train memorizing Numbers - 7 minutes:
- warmup at 16-digits
- short break
- a single attempt to reach the next level
- a retrospection about the attempt

The goal is to reach 10 lvl at Numbers this year, then start training Cards.
Then reach 10 lvl at Cards, and memorize a physical deck of cards in a short time.
