Major System 0-99 or 1-100 for Actions?

Hi all.
I have been using the major peg system for objects and have a system for 0-100. Now I would like to make one for 0-100 for actions. Is there a system published that I could use as a model ? I would alter it as needed, like I did for the objects system, but it saved a lot of time to have something to work from rather than starting from scratch.
