What’s the best way to memorize these?
Should I use a different memory palace for each sub-list? How to make sure I know where “sub-memory palace” to go when I recall?
Should I add multiple information inside one place?
Usually, I don’t think the test will ask u how many pts there. Instead, the test paper will ask you the logic in it.
In case you want to know how many bullet pts there, u can add a number object from ur number system. Like there Person1, object32, obj23 from the photo, then I know there are 3-2-2-3 inner sub pts for toptic 1.
For now, I use a memory palace within a memory palace. There’s another method that I wish to try, but my visualization skills are lacking right now.
To answer your next question, let’s say that you have the following information that you wish to recall:
Present tense
a. -la
b. -do
c. -se
Past tense
a. -zo
b. -clo
c. -sew
I would prepare 3 memory palaces for this. One to store the names of the tenses themselves, one to store the present tense, and one that stores the past tense.
In the tenses memory palace, I have a linked image (similar to how in card systems 2 cards are stored in one loci). One image is that of the tense name, and connected to that is an image that will help you recall the inner memory palace. You then place the images regularly for the verb endings inside of this inner memory palace. You do this same procedure for the rest of your lists.

I explained a little a technique to use imaginary but distinct containers in one locus. It may not be enough for the hierarchies with more depth, like the one in your example, but for simple ones I use it constantly:
I have the same problems with mind maps. After all a mind map is just a graphical representation of a list inside lists as every node has subnodes which can also have subnodes. There is actually a program called Xmind which can convert outline notes (which are nothing but lists inside lists) to MindMaps and vice versa. So far I haven’t found a solution to this problem. I guess this is a major limitation of most mnemonic systems. Most of them are only useful for sequential information. If you have information that is structured like a spider diagram or a mind map they are not very useful. I haven’t found a really good solution to overcome that.
