I’m using the link method (and memory palace) to memorize numbers. The story I created at my front door is: Micky walks in and with his Foot steps on a rotten Pear and Feathers get attached to it, so he has to take a Shower. To me the story feels really easy to remember but ai told me that an image should always be the subject and act upon the next image. But this doesn’t happen in the case of pear and feathers, or feathers and shower. Also it said that only the images in strict succession should interact. So Micky and the Shower shouldn’t. Do you agree? Are they good rules? Should an image always act on the next one and never be the receiver of the action of the successive? Thanks in advance. Sorry my English might not be perfect.
It is a good guideline to follow, but in mnemonics the best course of action will always be whatever works for you.
