Learning project about memory techniques with 7 Milestones

Hello everyone,

New member here, but I have been reading so many posts of the art of memory forum for the last weeks, it’s such a refreshing place with a lot of awesome people who put their energy and time to share what they have learned. Because of the inspiration I found in here, I decided to learn these memory techniques, so to do that I decided to make a concrete study plan, I had to look up for learning materials and put them in a map (inspired by Scott’s learning project method), so that when I start studying I won’t be wasting time to look up for next material, instead my attention and time will be dedicated for learning the theory, techniques and experimenting as much as possible while aiming to complete my challenges

The roadmap has 15 materials : 11 books and 4 courses that cover a wide range of topics : history of memory techniques, Mental imagery (to help with improving imagination), memory techniques (Major system, Dominic system, loci method…etc).

As stated in the title, I have 7 milestones:

• First milestone is reached after completing 4 materials.
• Second Milestone is reached after completing another 3 materials (7 In total)
• Third milestone is reached after completing another 4 materials (11 In total)
• Fourth milestone is reached by completing the last 4 materials, which makes it 15/15.
• Fifth Milestone is reached by completing Final project 1 making 1000 POA
• Sixth milestone is reached by completing the final project 2 which is learning the multiplication table from 11 to 31
• Final milestone, memorizing +1100 English words.

You know what. I think I’m going to join you on the challenges. And yes, please send the map.

Also, if you wanted to make the final challenge even harder go for memorizing the dictionary or half of it.

Congratulations on creating a well-planned study plan! It’s great to see your enthusiasm for learning memory techniques and setting clear goals and milestones to achieve them. Your list of challenges looks like a great way to practice and apply what you learn from the materials you’ve chosen.

Sharing your learning map could be helpful for others who are also interested in learning memory techniques, so feel free to include it in your next update. Good luck with your studies and I look forward to hearing about your progress!

I hate to admit that I gave up so many times in the process, but I am going to start it again this 30th of June, 2024. Because I still want the value out of it. I will share my progress in this same topic. because I want nothing to stop me to get my goal achieved.
