Is there a method other than spaced repetition to learn something in one day?

It’s all in the title, I wanted to know if there is another method than spaced repetition to store information in the long term memory in one day?

How does spaced repetition allow you to learn anything in a single day… that’s pretty much exactly what spaced repetition is not… but to answer your question a little more directly, “positive stress” can potentially help in forming stronger memories.
