I would like to know your opinion whether you are an expert in the field, an empiricist or just casually interested in this topic of improving the cognitive aspects.
Thank you very much for your help and have a nice day

I read all the abstracts, here are quotes of what seem to be the conclusions of the research studies. I would put more weight on the most recent research:

—Front Psychol Feb 2020 article:

"There was no evidence for near transfer (of Cognitive Tracking to another object tracking task) or for far transfer to a route monitoring task designed to replicate real-world multitasking. There may, however, have been some improvement in working memory performance as a result of training."

-–Spanish article: Apunts. Educación Física y Deportes

2015, pp. 97-108

"The results of the study indicated that the training programme led to a statistically significant improvement in most visual skills

(visual acuity, stereopsis, contrast sensitivity and saccadic movements), as well as some transference to sports performance."

-–Research Notes Pages 353-360 2017

"These results suggest that NeuroTracker could be a useful training tool for increasing Working Memory span in military samples. "

-

Brain Injury; Volume 34, 2020

“These results support further investigations using Neurotracker as a marker of recovery following mTBI (mild traumatic bran injury.)” In other words, inconclusive .

-—Vision Sciences Society Annual Meeting Abstract | August 2017

"Our findings demonstrate that training with NeuroTracker can benefit all students with problematic levels of attention, regardless of primary diagnosis."

Last two papers were either in French only or not available on line.
