Okay so a lot of ppl talk about iq , about intelgence , a lot of ppl wanna improve them so i decided help u in this problem. Exist billions defintion of intelgence , but i 'll use my own definition in my opinion inteligence = condition my brain (as fast he work), okay but first i should to demonstrate rightness my words , so i 'll use for example me and marcin maskow kowalczyk , i has iq less than avarage beacuse i had a really big dyslexia but i improved it till over iq mensa measure (in 3 years) , marcin maskow kowalczyk has a little bit more than avarage and he’s also beyond iq mensa measure , when cambridge was doing cognitive brain skills tests marcin maskow kowalczyk joined there and when he was doing it (there u was having to solution tests several days a row , and one time have a good sleep , second time bad sleep etc , and u should to get diffrent results everyday. And later program should to count ur final result and he always was having same result so he decided ask doctors there and he just was over measure for humans ;D and he has a talk on skype with doctors beacuse nobody there didn’t trust in him cognitive brain skills and i don’t remember but for scale who created in assumption nobody never will beat it even don’t will be close to limit he been 2/4x times over it ;D (i’m definitly not like marcin maskow kowalczyk and i’m not a robot xd) , yea 2/4x times over , i probably haven’t cognitive brain skills like marcin but i also improved my iq a lot , so is hard to be over iq scale ? in my opinion not , and everyone in 1/2years can come there (most ppl even faster xD beause iq limit is funny for human possibles ;D ofc u need put there a lot of effort i didn’t say this is easy like f…lea ;D), okay so we have arguments for extensibility us ingelience and we have new defintion ‘‘condition my brain’’(as work my brain analize everything) , so how to development it ? hmm before give u a answer i gonna ask u about how to improve us physical strenght , hmm mayby training at gym ? okay but if i will all the time use same weights after some time i don’t will have results i will stay in place , hmm so i will need put more weight ? right , and how to do it faster , how to progress faster ? In my personal opinion (weight+reps amount+sets amount)=my volume and i can regenerate with X volume who i don’t know if i will do more than my volume who i’m able to regenerate and again i will do train it isn’t good to get progress , if i will do to small volume i will also haven’t progress , i must get volume somewhere in center , okay but this is memory forum not gym forum , okay last questions are how to improve my swiming skills or runing skils ? hmm road is same , so how to improve my inteligence ? hmm road is same ! u must have mental effort with suitable volume , memory sports are amazing to do it , marcin maskow kowalczyk got it basically with rubic cubes and memory sports , how i got my garbage over iq measure? i was doing speedruns , speedruns in games where u have always diffrent situations and i was doing it faster and faster , if u ask me is speed reading able to improve my iq ? i going to answer yet IF u will be do it faster and faster (ofc u know my opinion about reading this is only looking for key words but u can improve it) , are memory sports capable to improve my iq ? yeaaa a lot because u can do it faster and faster with suitable sets amount , u must good balance , becasue not especcialy ur time will improve ur iq , ur volume will do it , play chess is good for development my brain ? IF u will manipulate ur volume, yea , generally 99,99% smart ppl at earth accidentally has some good volume ;D okay right now somone can to say ooo but gens are important etc , gens have smallest meaning than u can realize this is probably around 4-5% ( i said 4/5% after analized avarage iq at world chart and education system there) Summarizing how to improve inteligence to over humans amount ? u must have mental effort who will progressive increase with enough volume , this training can’t give u smartest convict ions etc , it can only improve ‘‘clean power of ur brain’’ just ur brain will still faster work , faster count datas , who in consequence will give u faster learning , understanding , remembering , and faster everything who u can realize yet ;D but can’t give u rational convictions + ur brain isn’t able to analize information who u haven’t in ur head ;D u must know something for ur brain can analize it (so if u want be yet smartest in my definition ‘‘condition my brain’’ u can put to ur head informations , previously described training can only give u faster analize this everything who u have in head , u need yet empty informations (for tests like iq , cognitive brain skills etc u needn’t it just how fast ur brain work will be enough and all inteligence test check only it) last one are convictions who live own life ;D and this is hardest topic and i think memory forum isn’t place for it BTW sorry for language mistakes , english isn’t my native lang i even never been in any eng speak country , even for holiday so my english isn’t the best ;D if u 'd i please about fix my correct my gramar mistakes , and ty for attencion
You’re saying that you went from having a below-average score to achieving a Mensa-qualifying score? Am I understanding that correctly? That would be a jump of over 2 standard deviations. I thought that the upper end of change was around 20 points.

What would you recommend to improve IQ and memory?? what methods do you know?? Is it possible to improve IQ by 20-30 points from 120-5?? recommend a book to read where the method is described…does gamma wave listening and meditation really improve IQ up to 23%? have you ever tried it?
