I enjoy the idea of people pushing the boundaries and creating novel systems to remember abstract concepts like playing cards and numbers. There is much merit to your system, as it has a definite structure to it. I’m not a great fan of movies so the chosen characters you have used wouldn’t exactly cut it for me but as we are all individuals with our own unique experiences and knowledge each ones system (although borrowing from your method) would be their own individual unique system. I dabbled a little with a similar idea to devise a system for playing cards that did as you have done that is, using categories. I will see if I can find the link to copy for you if you are interested in reading it. I hadn’t ‘christened’ the system I was experimenting with but fundamentally it worked very similar to the method that you have outlined here. Good luck with your system and if you are a competitor in memory competitions I believe your system should set you in good stead!
