I am one of those who can use physical locations effectively in my memory palaces, even if I cannot see images in my mind. My awareness of spacial things is fine. That is why even if I cannot use mind maps in my study, I still can use memory palaces, and the physical locations I have with me never go away.
The difficulty starts when I need to create a new image from my imagination. As I am not able to visualise an image, I am not sure whether I will be able to create locations quickly.
I have tried creating imaginary floor plans on paper and using them as memory palaces; that works for me. It needs a physical drawing or diagram first for me to understand the spatial nature of things in it; then, it becomes easier to be used as a memory palace.

@user_7e do you create a new world for your palaces or are they all in one connected world?
do you use modern architecture or more natural enviroments?
how do you create the locations so fast i tried and i made 60 in half an hour
do you always start your palaces as new planets
And could you create a palace as I would be thrilled to see your thought process
You must be superhumanâ
, it just feels impossible to create that amount of detail and variety also do you ever find yourself reusing locations e.g in palace #1 a museum is the 4th loci and in palace #7 a museum is the 1st loci
how do i prevent myself from ârecyclingâ loci
thanks bro this will help with my computer science gcse
