And for grammar and English Accent/speaking what technique should I follow?

If you post some specific examples of what you’re trying to learn, people here could help brainstorm some ideas on how to approach the material.

There are some discussions about grammar here:

Something like this might be useful for working on grammar. You can paste in text and it will point out the mistakes:

I’m not sure about accents, but there are some ideas here:

There are free prononciation exercises on the Accent’s way YouTube channel. (Plus some vocabulary and grammar points thrown in).

I found it useful to learn prononciation from a non native speaker, because she knows what it means to struggle with it and what to do to improve, since she had to do it herself.

If I learn vocabularies with memory techniques I can remember 7 out of 10 word meaning . How to remember all of them fluently ?

Oh!! Thanks..

Use them. Memorising words is one thing, but you need to use them so that they will become active vocabulary. Speak and write as much as you can.

Since you have an exam in view, look up which kind of writing you’ll need to do, and train that. Same for the speaking part (if your exam has a speaking part) - as cynical as it sounds, if you want to get top marks you need to be a good test taker exactly for this exam (more than having great English)

Hello Mowmita, It’s great. That you want to achieve a band score of 8+ in IELTS GT. For that you have to learn vocabulary, grammar, accents, and overall English fluently. There are different techniques that can help you in specific areas. The memory techniques that you can use:

1. Vocabulary

2. Grammar

3. Listening and accent

4. Speaking and writing

You have to make a daily routine where you have to learn at least 15 to 20 new words. And try to practice grammar with sentences every day. Listen to and shadow English audios that will help you to improve listening, pronunciation, and accents. And always try to speak and write using new words; it will help you to remember them for the long term.

I hope this will help you.
