My First time here, I need to improve my speed. I can currently memorize 44 numbers in 60 seconds (I don’t use the PAO, but only the major system). For words, I can memorize a maximum of 13 in 60 seconds. For faces and names, I can memorize a maximum of 9. Do you have any advice? I’ve been using memory techniques for about 5 months and practice for 10-15 minutes every day because I can’t do more than that between family, work, and so on. Thanks in advance.
