How can I “directly” retrieve mnemonic-memorised material ?
for language learning, writing, and speaking… one must be able to immediately remember information. so is it possible to do so with mnemonics ? or should one use Spaced Repetition for such information ?

In my opinion, there should not be so much emphasis on specifically seeking mnemonic-independent recall in the cases that you’ve mentioned. Continuous use of information in different contexts will deep-seat the meanings and use cases. Mnemonics will put the info in your brain first while other processes help in useful encoding.
