Do you have a number system already, like the major system?
(I’m assuming “no.” means numbers in your post.)

Yes. I am using Major system (mnemonics). But main concern is how to make connections with drawing number and usage column.

It looks like you have a lot of 4-digit numbers in the second column. If you have a 2-digit number system, you can convert them into images.
Here are examples using the Major System:
- 3703 — microphone + Samwise
- 3711 — microphone + toad
- 3709 — microphone + soup
- etc.
Then link each of those to some images that represent the facts. The number of images you need to represents the facts depends on how much information about them your natural memory can hold. For example, if you can hold 6mm GRSP in your mind naturally or already have a picture in your mind for it, you probably don’t need to make a mnemonic image for it.

My English is not good. I don’t understand why this means.
Anyway I think you can transform the item with major.
Or put an individual name to the item.
And the other information you can look for the things are different or important and create images or a story to remember it better.
