How to recall the defination,paragraph ?plese give me a easy tips to use

To remember a paragraph, you can try to test yourself on the paragraph regularly until you score 100% at least twice. Write down everything you remember before you read it again. Slowly expand the intervals.

Yes i tried it but it takes a time and forget after a time .

You could symbolise some words. Not try to memorize everything first only some images.

I usually do images for the first word and keywords (as mnemonics), and/or drilling with the first letter method.
I made a card type in anki with the first letters in a hint field. When I need to look at the first letters I note “hard”, when I manage to say it right without opening the hint field I note as “easy”. Spaced repetition takes care of the rest.
