Hi. I want to know how you do to solve that games of guessing the picture in pairs that are iapps of that game.
Like show the picture and try to find the pair.
It’s too quick to use methods of memory I use. Like story or major etc. How would you do?

I have a list of images for 00-99. I only use objects but when I started I tried to make a PAO. While I don’t use the actions to memorize numbers anymore I still know them.
My method to remember images in order consists on using the image to enact the action that corresponds to its number. So, for that game I would flip the first card, and let’s say it’s an image of a sun, I would imagine myself eating that sun.
Then I would flip the second, let’s say it is a book, I would imagine myself drinking from that book.
Repeat until I find a pair. If I were to find the Sun on the 12th card I flipped I would instantly know the other sun is on the first card. Repeat until there aren’t any more cards left.

Some of these games let you ‘number’ the card in the settings.
So I use my 00-99 images. Say I turn card 1 over and its a house, I imagine my 01 image breaking a window of the house. Then move to card 2 and the same.
I use my major images for each of the cards, in order.
Then when you are down a bit towards the end, and you think you have seen something earlier, you ‘count’ back your images

This is a good way to see how ‘fluent’ and ‘smooth’ you can be with your number system.
Use normal numbers and count like this 1, 99, 2, 98, 3, 97, etc until you get bored. It is much harder than 1, 2, 3, 4 etc as you still have to concentrate on two thought processes.
Then try it with your images for those numbers. Even harder
If you can count in your images as well as you can count with your normal numbers - matching pair games will be very easy lol
