How to remember Equations and Formulae: The LEAF System by James Smith and Phil Chambers is the book where the memory techniques are extended to apply on the science topics. That book provides one example how the systems can be applied for science. Reading that book will provide an idea of how others have done this so you can find your own way to do that.
The essential building blocks to build your own system will typically include
Systems to assist in creating images for abstract ekements
- Number System (Major System, Dominic System) for digits
- Alphabet System for English alphabet
- Alphabet System for Roman alphabet
- Symbol System for all symbols used in science
System to connect images in order
- Memory Palaces (Most important part of any retention effort, this is absolutely necessary. All other things will fall into place when used with this technique. )
System to connect location to images
- Story creation
- Association
- SMASHIN SCOPE (ref. Tony Buzan books) like acronyms to remember all ways to add creativity in stories and associations
