i am new to these memory techniques. i read some post and i have basic idea about the techniques. i want to used these techniques to my study. so, can anyone guide me to memorize a paragraph given below by using any method (story method or memory palace method).
“Audit is the examination or inspection of various books of accounts by an auditor followed by physical checking of inventory to make sure that all departments are following documented system of recording transactions. It is done to ascertain the accuracy of financial statements provided by the organization.”
In my opinion the strategy will be different if the requirement is verbatim retention of the definition or retaining understand of the concept in your own words.
To understand better I may start by chunking the paragraph into manageable chunks like below

followed by physical checking of inventory (what)
to make sure that (why)
