How to Make a Medieval Castle

Hi Everybody,

A medieval castle would make a great memory palace.

I have long thought about making my own imaginary castle, but didn’t know how to go about it until I came across a YouTube site called Shadiversity. The fellow it was named after, Shad M Brooks, has created some excellent videos explaining how Medieval Castles are designed.

So far I have seen a few of his vids on this topic. The ones I would recommend starting with are:

  • “What rooms are inside REAL medieval castles?”
  • “Principles of castle design, Honorguard epic tour and analysis”

He talks about other topics as well, so you may want to search his site for the keyword “Castles”.

Links please, this is a great idea.

I’m remembering the visit to the Tower of London, maybe it’s time to do some more visits to castles.
