The idea is how can lawyers utilise memory palaces and the Major System to remember citations like Barret v Enfield LBC, [2001] 2 AC 550; Bath & Wells Board of Finance v Jenkinson, [2002] EWHC 218 (Ch) etc.
What I am looking for is how can I effectively remember such cases? Should I dedicate specific memory palaces for different fields of law and therein I store the cases? For example: constitutional law, criminal law, tax law, etc. Should I have a dedicated memory palace for them? Within such fields, there are sub-fields like the issue of limitation, appeals, etc. How should I remember cases in such scenarios then?

I will avoid answering as to whether you should do one way or another, but I can recommend looking into ‘Memory wheels’ and its many applications. Maybe @metivier have some valuable input to share?

I don’t know much. But I wouldnt use major for that numbers. I would use an image for the case. And an explanation. The number if it’s needed you could simplify. Then yes could help the major. If you want could make a palace if you have to remember a lot.
