Just start memorizing information. Memorize lists. Memorize random numbers. Memory league can help with that. Also check out IAM training.

I think the best way to train is to use the palace regularly with simple information first. Try small lists and review them after increasing time gaps. The more you practice creating strong images and connections, the more natural it becomes.
